Q: What is the concept of Cozy Shop + Studio?
A: We are a full-service interior design studio offering design consulting alongside a curated shop featuring our designer’s favorite items and products used in her projects.

A: 7283 SW 57th Ave. South Miami, FL 33143
Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay in USD.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@cozysalazar.com or call us at 786-615-4790. Cancellations are not guaranteed if the order has already been processed.
Q: Do you guys gift wrap?
A: Yes! Make sure to purchase the gift packaging + message option and add the gift message (optional) in the order notes section at checkout.
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We ship via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping may be available upon request. If you need your order processed quicker, please call us at 786-615-490 or email
info@cozysalazar.com. Transit time within the US can range from 1-10 business days. We also offer free in-store pickup at our location.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We charge the below standard shipping fee rates:
·Orders $150 or less: $9 shipping fee
·Orders $150 - $399: $15 shipping fee
·Orders $400 and above: Free shipping
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
